Monitoring of the Parliamentary Election and the National Referendum in Belarus - 2004

Human Rights Center «Viasna» monitored the election to the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the national referendum on the basis of reports made by its regional branches. The book is based on the information provided by political parties, non-governmental organizations, candidates and theii election headquarters, and information published in open sources (mass media, web-sites of the Central Election Commission, RFE/RL, BelaPAN and BELTA news agencies, etc).
