Syarhey Horbik traces the origins of Belarusian catechism to Euphrosyne of Polacak. Despite the availability of diverse religious literature nowadays, the researcher focuses on Belarusian religious books. History of Catechism in Belarus is dedicated to the rich Belarusian Christian heritage. The historian identifies periods when catechism flourished or was in decline in Belarus. The book does not only cover the Uniate or Orthodox religious literature, but also the Protestant, Roman Catholic and other faiths and beliefs practiced in Belarus throughout centuries. The book includes an analysis of religious literature and information about its creators.
