Друкаванае выданне выходзіць раз на квартал паралельна ў Чэхіі і ЗША. Чытачам часопісу прапануюцца журналісцкія, аналітычныя і навуковыя тэксты, прысвечаныя Беларусі: палітычнай і эканамічнай сітуацыі ў краіне, становішчу і ролі Беларусі ў кантэксце развіцця рэгіёну Цэнтральнай і Усходняй Еўропы, беларускай культуры і гісторыі, нацыянальным супольнасцям ў Беларусі і беларускай дыяспары за мяжой. Аўдыторыю часопіса складаюць амерыканскія сенатары, еўрапейскія парламентарыі, прафесары, навуковыя супрацоўнікі, студэнты і чытачы шматлікіх бібліятэк Еўропы і ЗША. Мы будзем рады ўсталяванню супрацы з новымі аўтарамі, зацікаўленымі ў беларускай тэматыцы.
