Culture and Education of Belarusian Emigrants Publications that saw the light during the national revival period in the early 1990s made discoveries that changed the outlook of many Belarusians. Among these publications is the collection Culture and Education of Belarusian Emigrants. It was 1993. Many people believed that democratic changes were irreversible in Belarus after it gained independence from the Soviet Union. The book uncovers Belarusian culture and education that existed in a parallel world and helped ensure continuous evolution of the Belarusian nation. The book features biographies of prominent Belarusian emigrants and tells about the hard work they did for the benefit of the Motherland despite being separated from their native land for nearly half a century. The nation must be proud of Natallya Arsenneva, Mayesey Syadnyou, Ales Barski and others who enriched its culture. The book includes works free from ideology based on research performed outside the mother country.
