The municipality of Juchnowiec Kościelny - Juchnowiecka Landour Small Homeland. The expression Small Homeland was adopted to describe the surrounding area, the region, the land connected with - as Tadeusz Rozewicz expresses in his poetry - the place of birth, the land of the childhood, the period of growing up, with a place of which one thinks: home. In this publication we intend to emphasise and present the uniqueness of this home - our land, though it does not aspire to be an exhaustive compendium of the detailed history of Juchnowiecka Land.
