The Belarusian Exarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church published a collection of sermons by Hrodna-based Bishop Artsemi. Its release was timed to coincide with the 110th anniversary of the Hrodna Orthodox Eparchy. The collection covers the entire liturgical year, services conducted every Sunday and on every religious holiday. Sermons are an important part of worship that brings the Holy Bible closer to our days and keeps Christianity safe from updates and unaffected by the changeable world. The collection of sermons by Bishop Artsemi is notable for speaking to people in their language, reaffirming the fact that there are no better or worse languages and that God understands in Belarusian also. Complex religious concepts are linked to developments, encouraging people to reflect on the sense of events taking place around them. The collection features Lent, Easter and Whit Sunday sermons as well as other holiday services.
