This document is an analysis of the situation and a systematic compilation of facts of interference in the work of human rights defenders, journalists and lawyers in the Republic of Belarus during the period from June 19 to August 19, 2011. This review was prepared by the International Observation Mission of the Committee on International Control (CIC) over the Situation with Human Rights in Belarus. The review is a result of continuous monitoring and a continuation of the Missions analytical reviews focusing on the period since the presidential elections on December 19, 2010, which marked a serious deterioration of the human rights situation.
